Anjali is the Opinions Editor for the 2019-2020 Hoofbeat. This is her second year on the Hoofbeat, and she can’t wait to read all the unique viewpoints of this year’s staff! Outside of being on the Hoofbeat, she is a member of the forensics team, co-founder of Girl Up MNHS, and avid volunteer at the Munroe-Meyer Institute, all of which allow her to focus on her passions advocacy and education. If she’s not complaining about the absurd amount of time she spends in school because her parents refuse to let her learn how to drive, she’s probably playing Cool Math Games, trying to forget that college exists, or eating a bag of Doritos. It’s a legitimate problem (the constant eating)...or so they say.
